Corner Lot Development Group and Franklin Street said the Class A shopping center Parkway Place at Durbin Phase 3 is already almost entirely leased, with only 3,800 square feet currently available. The development is located near the intersection of Race Track Road and St. Johns Parkway in a fast-growing area.

Tenants The Mini Bar Donuts & Coffee, Tijuana Flats Tex-Mex, Planet Smoothie, Tsaocaa Tea, and Anejo Cocina Mexicana have signed leases for space at the project.

“Phase 3 of Corner Lot Development Group’s Parkway Place at Durbin development is complementary to the overall retail growth in the Durbin Park commercial corridor,” said Ricky Ostrofsky, director of retail landlord services at Franklin Street. “The growth of the area and its strategic location to I-95 provides tenants with a large customer base for these concepts.” 

The project is in the epicenter of development activity along the Race Track Road corridor, with a nearly 400-unit apartment development under construction across the street and several other similar projects within a few miles.

Parkway Place at Durbin Phase 3 is also just a couple of miles from the massive Durbin Park development that includes Walmart, Home Depot and many other stores and restaurants
